英國：可能阻止俄國在倫敦發行主權債券

英國外交部22日發表聲明說，如果俄國不緩和緊張局勢，英國會立法阻止俄國在倫敦市場發行主權債券。
聲明寫著：「如果俄國沒有使局勢降溫，英國將很快立法，阻止俄國在英國市場發行主權債券。其他措施就先不提。」
英相強生22日稍早宣布，將對俄羅斯銀行（Bank Rossiya）、Genbank、黑海開發和重建銀行、俄羅斯工業通訊銀行與IS銀行等五家俄國金融機構，以及季姆琴科（Gennady Timchenko）、波瑞斯‧羅登柏（Boris Rotenberg）與伊戈爾‧羅登柏（Igor Rotenberg）兄弟等3名俄國億萬富豪實施制裁。季姆琴科也是美國的制裁對象。
