納瓦尼公然反對普亭 被判詐欺和藐視法庭刑期恐增

納瓦尼
俄羅斯總統普亭在國內最知名的批評者納瓦尼（Alexei Navalny）早已入獄，昨天又被俄國法院判處大規模詐欺和藐視法庭有罪，刑期可能因此延長多年。
納瓦尼正在莫斯科東方一處拘禁營地服兩年半的刑期，因為他違反過往罪行的假釋條件。但他說那些罪行是捏造的，為的是阻撓他的政治雄心。
納瓦尼也批評最新這起刑事案件有政治動機，他可能因此多服最長13年的徒刑。
法庭上，憔悴的納瓦尼站在律師身旁，現場擠滿監獄人員。法官宣讀指控時，45歲的納瓦尼看起來不為所動，自顧自低頭翻閱法庭文件。
檢方指控納瓦尼犯下詐欺和藐視法庭罪，要求法院把他送進最高維安級別的流放地（penal colony）13年。
法官科托娃（Margarita Kotova）說，納瓦尼公然侮辱法庭，屬刑事犯罪；她並證實納瓦尼否認犯下詐欺罪。
納瓦尼2020年出訪西伯利亞時，遭人以蘇聯時期的神經毒劑攻擊，轉往德國接受治療，去年返國時被捕入獄。
納瓦尼把中毒歸咎於普亭（Vladimir Putin）。克里姆林宮則稱無證據顯示納瓦尼遭人下毒；就算是被下毒，俄國也沒涉入。
納瓦尼15日出庭後採取一貫的反抗態度，他在社群媒體Instagram寫道：「我有人權講自己該說的話，如果代價是入獄．那他們可以求刑113年。我不會否認自己的話或行為。」
俄國當局視納瓦尼及其支持者為西方支持的顛覆分子，決意破壞俄國的穩定。納瓦尼許多盟友都已逃出俄國。
納瓦尼的反對派團體已被當局貼上「極端主義」標籤並查禁，不過支持者仍持續在社群媒體上表達自身政治立場，包括反對莫斯科出兵烏克蘭。
