台南市議員選舉初探 第11選區綠營內部激戰爭初選提名

年底市議員選舉即將登場，台南市第11選區（仁德、歸仁、關廟、龍崎區）應選5席，含婦女保障名額1席，上屆選舉由無黨籍及民進黨分別拿下3席及2席，國民黨則欠缺整合，迄今還未有人登記，上次提名的人選也代表民眾黨參選，相對於此，民進黨黨內初選打得火熱，除爭取連任者外，新人各有勢力相挺，4搶3競爭激烈。

第11選區的民進黨市議員郭鴻儀、鄭佳欣將繼續爭取連任，耕耘已久加上現任優勢，知名度高，基層實力較為深厚，雖然沒有派系奧援，但有問政實績，被認為在初選中較佔優勢，另外兩位新人則是新系立委林宜瑾支持的朱明宏及湧言會立委王定宇力挺的陳皇宇。
其中朱明宏經營科技公司，曾任南市府顧問，因公益活動結識林宜瑾，多次擔任服務處義工，林建議他參選擴大服務面，深思熟慮後他決定參選；湧言會這次在南市就推出6人參選議員，藥師出身、吉安醫院及護理之家執行長陳皇宇是其中1人，他從去年就開始布局，勤跑基層，但有傳言他曾涉及詐領健保費等事件，形象有疑慮，後續有待觀察。
無黨籍的市議員杜素吟及吳禹寰上屆選舉得票數分居一、二名，算得上是超級吸票機，杜本屆將挑戰8連霸，吳禹寰也繼續挑戰連任，另外一名無黨籍議員許又仁形象清新，中間選民對他的支持度不錯，也具競爭力。
上屆代表國民黨參選的江國銘落選後，本屆改披民眾黨戰袍出征，藍營面臨無人可戰的窘境，日前也延長登記時間，希望找到「戰將」出馬，但也有傳聞指出，無黨籍議員不乏泛藍盟友，與其推人競爭不如謀求合作，為了市長及議長選舉布局，不如不要推人。
