陪病家屬鬆口氣　奇美醫院中心推「照護共聘」、「鐘點照服員」服務

住院病人的日常生活照顧一直是困擾家屬的問題，且現在已是高齡化、少子化的社會，經常可見到老老照顧陪病的現況，在陪病過程中家屬也常因精神、體力不堪負荷而發生意外事件，若無力照護，也間接增加護理師工作量及壓力，降低醫護品質，因此奇美醫學中心特別構思「住院病人友善照護-共聘照服」、「鐘點照服員」等服務模式來緩解陪病者的負荷，提升病人的照護品質。

奇美醫學中心護理部從2018年啟動「住院病人友善照護-共聘照服模式」，與2家特約照服公司簽約，陸續在第一醫療大樓6樓、8樓及9樓、10樓、12樓病房推行1對4共聘照服員制度，1位共聘照服員照顧4位病人，不能跨樓層或病室，每位病人收費每天1,300元，相較於原本1對1照服員每天2,400元的收費，大大降低家屬的經濟負擔。

此外，也建立「鐘點照服員」制度，服務需短暫時間離開病室陪病的家屬，可聘請鐘點照服員，每小時費用200元，首次聘請至少需2小時，再延聘則以1小時為單位計價，由醫院簽立特約照服員公司安排人力，讓陪病家屬能獲得短暫喘息或處理要事。

奇美醫學中心護理部護理長廖麗怡表示，根據奇美醫學中心護理部統計，2019年07月起至2022年03月底使用共聘照護共計25,047人次，2021年病人、家屬及共聘病房護理師整體滿意度達100%，各單項滿意度也都在9成以上，為嘉惠更多陪病者的需求，今年3月起在第一醫療大樓10樓(10A)病房，也全面開設1對4共聘床32床，另在其他樓層雙人房開設1對2共聘床，健保房開設1對4共聘床，共計60床共聘病床。

奇美醫學中心以友善住院為目標，擴展「共聘病房」、建立「鐘點照服員」制度，讓住院病人照顧品質提升，減輕陪病者負擔；降低醫護團隊工作負荷、提升工作滿意度；醫院能有效運用醫療人力，達到病人與陪病者、醫護團隊及醫院三贏的成效。
