開心出遊澎湖 竟天人永隔

來自新竹的許姓一家人月初到澎湖旅遊順道歡度母親節，沒料到在7日晚上，成員之一的60多歲朱姓阿嬤在外垵被當地1名15歲無照駕駛的許姓少女撞死。朱姓婦人被撞擊後當場失去意識，延至隔日宣告不治，許姓少女則意識清醒，肢體多處擦傷，酒測值為零。
許姓少女事後曾到臺灣捻香致歉，返澎之後指控對方親友將她打成腦震盪，還發動網路霸凌；但許姓一家也反控是許姓少女這邊沒解決誠意，他們根本沒打人。雙方是各說各話。
許姓家族在滯留澎湖期間，即指控許姓少女一家沒有解決誠意，車禍當場找來警方和在地李姓議員出面關切；但警方表示，發生車禍警方當然得到現場勘查，而議員李添進則表示是聽到有救護車聲音，熱心前往查看，卻不知引起許姓一家人誤解，直喊冤枉。
許姓家族PO文到臉書社團「爆料公社」後，引發鄉民一片撻伐，「澎湖國的人都很凶」、「以後去澎湖要帶棒球隊」、「澎湖人很討厭臺灣遊客」、「澎湖這樣猶如化外之地」、「澎湖是不是要獨立了」等批評澎湖的負面留言紛紛出籠，更直指議員耍官威、要求公布議員的姓名。
事後他們更要求許姓少女親自到新竹的告別式現場捻香致歉，許姓少女和父母在當地警方和民代陪同下到場。有親友一時氣憤上前作勢打她，但被眾人攔住，只有推擠；沒想到事後許姓少女回澎找醫師診斷，說被打成腦震盪，他們質疑現場根本沒人打她，腦震盪是車禍當下造成的，事後還想移花接木怪罪他們，他們家族決定提出刑事告訴。
許姓少女父親也出面說，女兒犯錯，該負的責任一定負，要他們去捻香道歉他們也去了；如今女兒卻被打成腦震盪，還被網路霸凌，現在還在接受心理輔導，他希望對方衝著他來就好，拜託放過他女兒。
許姓少女父親說，朱阿嬤要辦告別式，對方有要求他們出席，他原訂要帶著女兒去，但醫師建議女兒因為腦震盪的關係最好別搭飛機；警方也建議他們最好別去，就怕現場爆發衝突，所以他們不會去，但不代表他們不負責任，等告別式結束，該他們負責的會負責。
