酒駕7次郎栽了！入監服刑中扣存封房火速繳清18萬元拒測罰單

屏東枋寮一名吳姓男子109年8月在佳冬開車被警察攔檢時，因拒絕酒測而遭開罰18萬元，男子不理會該張罰單，案件遂移送法務部行政執行署屏東分署執行。分署於今（111）年4月受理該起案件後，發現吳男在警方舉發通知單開出後不久，即因之前多次酒駕被判刑確定而入獄，迄今仍在監服刑中。執行人員職權調查義務人財產後，發現吳男名下尚有存款以及不動產，分署旋即核發執行命令扣押數家銀行存款，並查封男子佔地50坪的透天厝，另囑託監所通知吳男，告以分署目前已發動的執行程序。吳男收到通知後自獄中來信，陳稱於特定金融機構有足夠的存款可繳納本件罰鍰，分署隨即迅速收取吳男所述銀行存款，撤銷其他金融機構之扣押，並發函地政事務所塗銷透天厝查封登記，於收案後短短一個多月內，成功為國庫順利徵起該筆18萬元拒測罰單。

依據法院判決資料，吳男近10年間常常於林邊知名海產店喝啤酒，酒後騎車開車時則屢屢違反交通規則，紅燈右轉、沒戴安全帽、未二段式左轉，或因行車搖晃且忽快忽慢而被警察攔查，雖未肇事，但酒測值的酒精濃度最高曾經達到每公升0.68毫克。義務人酒駕多達7次，之前曾被易科罰金，然而次數實在過多，最後還是因為累犯而被判處須入監服刑。
屏東分署表示，案件一旦移送，執行程序並不會因為義務人入監服刑而停止，呼籲當事人不要心存僥倖，如果義務人名下有車輛、股票、租金、船舶等財產，分署也一定會依法執行到底。尤其是酒駕案件，縱使義務人並未肇事造成傷亡，為響應酒駕零容忍並減少公共危險，分署還是會繼續強力執行以貫徹交通正義，共同保障用路人安全。
