將軍區漚汪文衡殿主祀關聖帝君，是當地信仰中心，對地方公益也不遺餘力，近日為強化消防人員救災動能，特別捐贈將軍消防分隊6具救災專用熱顯儀具，22日南市消防局第三大隊隊長陳博文也率隊前往致意，並回贈感謝狀，表彰廟方善行。

漚汪文衡殿主委黃啟銘表示，將軍消防分隊守護地方，因得知熱顯儀對於消防救災的好處，所以經過大廟委員會同意，花費約20萬元，捐贈6具高價位美國原裝SEEK救災專用熱顯儀，強化消防人員戰力，也守護消防人員及民眾的安全。
第三大隊大隊長陳博文表示，廟方所捐贈的6具救災專用熱顯儀具有重量輕、防水、廣角鏡頭、-20度 ~ 550度C溫度感測、550公尺長距偵測、內建300流明照明等功能，讓消防人員隨身攜帶在火場中能快速找到火點、受困者與動線，對火場救災極有幫助。
南市消防局長李明峯說，漚汪文衡殿長期挹注資源，捐贈船艇、救護車、改善消防分隊硬體設備等不遺餘力，這次熱心捐贈，讓將軍分隊隊員都能各配置1具SEEK救災用熱顯儀，對消防人員的救災安全、救災效率都是高度正面指標，實在是功德無量。
