台南市警察局學甲派出所警員顏嘉鴻、謝金庭昨11日執行巡邏勤務時，於晚間21：00時許在學甲區中華路一段，發現一輛機車行車不穩，遂攔查該機車並以行動電腦查詢駕駛人，確認駕駛人為列管毒品人口柯姓男子(57年次)。

警員顏嘉鴻進行盤查時，柯姓男子神色慌張，應答過程中自口袋掏出一包長壽香煙，經員警主動發現該香菸外表貼有一夾鏈袋，內有白色粉末;柯姓男子隨後與警方返回學甲派出所並同意警方以安非他命檢驗試劑初篩，初篩結果顯示為陽性反應（經秤重含袋重0.67公克）;另以毒品檢驗試劑檢測其尿液，初篩後顯示安非他命陽性反應，全案依涉嫌毒品危害防制條例案移送法辦。
