男當街對正妹露鳥打手槍就醫也無解 公然猥褻判6月徒刑

27歲陳姓男子有多次在公共場所露鳥、手淫的前科記錄，但每次被抓都被法官判易科罰金，陳男繳完錢沒去坐牢，又持續在街頭當變態，甚至還對4名正妹噴精，這次法官雖然認定他惡行重大，但考量他已去就醫尋求協助，依公然猥褻罪判他6月徒刑，一樣可以易科罰金。
判決指出，陳姓男子在從23歲時，就曾在路邊對女性襲胸，當時被判拘役40日，得易科罰金，陳繳完罰金沒去坐牢，2年後又在高雄總圖公然朝女性露出性器官手淫，這次被法官判刑2月，得易科罰金。陳再繳罰金躲過牢獄之災，隔年6月晚間又在高雄某超商騎樓露出性器官手淫，還是被法官判刑2月，得易科罰金。
2019年10月和2021年4月，陳男又兩度在某店騎樓手淫並射精在女性背部，或是在某連鎖百貨手淫並射精在女性右腿，兩次噴精各被判刑3月和4月，一樣可易科罰金；陳男每次被逮，都說自己罹患性成癮症，無法克制自己的行為，但法官查出他僅罹患焦慮症、強迫症，不是他所稱的性成癮症。
陳男又被查出在2019年8月及2021年3月，分別在三多路百貨商圈對劉姓和廖姓正妹背部噴精，這次法官認為，陳男對自己的性癖已失去自制能力而不斷犯罪，且經判刑處罰後仍未見改善，而且犯案不僅間隔越來越短、次數越來越密集，行為更越來越大膽，情節越來越嚴重，但考量他犯後態度尚不算惡劣，且已自行就醫尋求幫助，因此依公然猥褻罪判他徒刑6月，得易科罰金，可上訴。
