《這個好》屏東可可釀啤酒、做舒緩膏 新品上市8月百貨公司進駐展售

屏東縣政府推廣可可產業，不只能做巧克力，還開發出更多周邊產品，巧克力製程中產出的可可豆殼，以可可茶經過新研發的鎖香技術，把香氣鎖在糖蜜，可釀造出有多層次香氣巧克啤酒；另外可可果莢可萃取多酚活性，應用在肌膚可減少搔癢感，製成舒緩膏，產品多元，8月將進駐新光三越的好好集專櫃，提高能見度。
屏縣府2020年提出地方創生計畫，並由國發會核定通過，此計畫架構下，屏東可可產業跨域國家隊，向經濟部提案，透過與在地產業接軌共同執行研發循環資材商品，並成功導入通路市場，造更多產值讓產業永續。
以巧克啤酒為例，可可豆殼以可可茶經過鎖香技術將香氣鎖在糖蜜中，為了挑戰其鎖香效果，將糖蜜產出精釀風味啤酒，具有太妃糖、黑醋栗、深色果乾的味道，中段轉成吐司麵包風味，尾段出現巧克力和麥芽香氣，是具有多層次香氣的啤酒，未來也可運用到更多範疇。
另一項商品則是從可可果莢萃取出多酚活性，應用在肌膚上可有減少搔癢感，並將它製成舒緩膏，可緩解皮膚不適感，適合目前國人出遊熱潮；屏東是可可生產重鎮，台灣可可與巧克力產業協會80名會員中就有7成來自屏東，會員專注領域不同，有製作生巧克力、黑巧克力、白巧克力，也有開發保養品、應用各類產品等，讓可可產業開發出多元商機。
屏東縣政府28日將在可可產業園區舉行跨域產業媒合會，將與業者洽談開發豆漿、沖泡式奶茶飲品可能性，另外還有可可麵條等，屏東可可國家隊今年8月進駐新光三越百貨公司的好好集專櫃販售。
