全台首部智慧零售電動車　開進台南科學園區

全家便利商店結合科技零售與綠色運輸理念，今天（1日）宣布推出全台首部智慧零售電動車「FamiMobi」，並以台南科學園區做為首發試營運據點，看準園區超過9萬勞動人口的龐大需求，未來將因應廠區輪班制生態，在早、午、晚、宵夜場出車營運，提供熟食、輕食、零食、飲料等選擇，針對外籍移工推出東南亞口味餐食，另外也導入自動結帳設備，代收繳費等服務，是零售業首發的電動車商店，相當吸睛。

「FamiMobi」外型酷似麵包車，是串聯15家台灣本土電動車供應鏈，攜手以7個月時間打造，以綠能電動車結合科技零售服務，突破地域限制的同時也兼顧環保，另外讓消費者可透過APP結帳扣款，實現拿了就走的零接觸快速消費，最後就是透過大數據分析，可機動變換品項、找尋聚集熱區，主動將服務送到消費者面前，打造新行動便利店。

啟動儀式選在南科管理局舉行，包括台南市長黃偉哲、全家總經理薛東都、聯電榮譽董事長宣明智、南科管理局局長蘇振綱都出席參與。

全家總經理薛東都說，今天亮相的智慧零售電動車，就是行動商店，有賴產官學的合作，以沙盒實驗模式實踐科技零售和綠色零售的跨界創新概念，是零售業首發的電動車商店，未來將從園區開到市區，運用大數據及以車找人的移動零售，打破傳統對零售服務場域的想像。
