影/屏東驚傳男子弒親 聲請法院羈押獲准

王姓男子長期因病所困及準備考試壓力大而厭世，又因同住家中 之長者年邁多病、乏人照料於9月20日上午，在屏東市住處，無預警持刀、剪刺殺祖母、祖父及伯父，造成該3人分別受有臉部、胸、頸等身體多處穿刺傷，經警及時到場將其逮捕，本署檢察官歐陽正宇訊問後，認王姓男子犯罪嫌疑重大，且有逃亡、湮滅、勾串之虞，經向臺灣屏東地方法院(下稱屏東地院)聲請羈押獲准，至於3名被害人現仍在醫院救治中。

經查，王男長期因病所困及準備考試壓力大而深感厭世，又因同住家中之長者年邁多病、乏人照料，自民國111年8月初起即有殺害其祖父母及伯父後再自殺之念頭，並預先於文具行購罝美工刀3把，準備作為遂行殺人犯罪之工具。111年9月20日上午，趁其他家人外出工作或上學後，僅祖母莊某、祖父王某及伯父王○3名長輩在家，竟將上開美工刀及家中取得之剪刀藏放於褲子口袋，先至一樓客廳，持前述刀、剪剌殺莊某臉、頸、胸部等處，莊某倒地後，王男又前往一樓臥室，持刀、剪剌殺在床上睡覺之王某頸、胸、背等處，再轉而剌殺身體癱瘓坐在該臥室椅子上之王○胸部，致莊某、王某及王○3人均大量失血且受有身體多處多重撕裂傷、穿剌傷。嗣因莊某趁機逃出屋外報警，經屏東縣政府警察局屏東分局員警及時到場制服王男，並將3名被害人送醫急救，始未生死亡結果。檢察官複訊後認為王男所涉殺害直系尊親屬及三親等旁系血親家庭成員未遂罪嫌重大，不僅所犯為10年以上重罪，並有逃亡、湮滅、勾串之虞，且其預謀犯案恐有再犯之虞，為確保其家庭成員生命、身體安全，經向屏東地院聲請羈押獲准。
