永康警破獲招募赴柬國詐欺人蛇，逮5嫌，主嫌收押！

永康警破獲人蛇集團面試、招募據點，共逮捕５名嫌犯，其中30歲的蔡嫌主嫌收押，其餘3名嫌犯年僅19歲，還有1嫌未成年。
該人蛇集團以「至柬埔寨擔任打字員，月薪高達新臺幣10萬」誘騙友人應徵，應徵者誤信同意出國，隨即由人蛇集團代辦護照、代訂機票並接送至機場出境，到國外才知從事詐欺，如不願配合從事詐騙工作或在臺親屬得知家人受騙至境外時，即要求被害人或其親屬支付贖金或再招募國人前往換取自由，目前警方至少掌握有4名被害人遭該集團誘騙至柬埔寨。
人蛇集團以「至柬埔寨擔任打字員，月薪高達新臺幣10萬」誘騙友人應徵至柬埔寨從事詐騙工作，永康警逮五人。
經檢調指揮專案小組深入追查，於本月中旬起，兵分多路，搗破該人蛇詐騙集團據點，逮捕拘提蔡嫌及旗下許嫌與周嫌2名共犯到案，查扣現金新臺幣23萬餘元、棍棒5支、電腦、手機及本票等證物一批；另於昨(21)日發起第二波行動，查緝涉案2名成員到案，而全案依組織犯罪、詐欺、妨害自由及人口販運等罪嫌移送臺南地檢署偵辦，蔡姓主嫌經檢察官聲押獲准，並持續擴追查幕後犯罪集團。
查扣現金新臺幣23萬餘元、棍棒5支、電腦、手機及本票等證物一批。
專案小組偵處過程中，發現部分被害人因現金借錢欠債而遭到誘騙，讓被害人誤以為能到國外賺錢還債，不知前往後反被人口販運壓榨，甚至要脅支付贖金而再度被害。分局長甘炎民表示，民眾應拒絕聽信來路不明、海外高薪、不需經驗及工作輕鬆之招募就業機會，以免遭不法集團利用、控制甚至出國從事詐騙等犯罪行為，遭受拘禁、凌虐等侵害。
