男子吸毒茫癱路旁 警盤檢起獲大量毒品送辦

臺南市警察局第二分局民權所警員蔡佳憲、張君豪等2員，於8日17時55分許執行巡邏勤務行經中西區民族路二段391巷20號前，發現李姓男子打著赤膊、光著上身癱坐於路旁且眼神迷茫。經員警四周檢視，在其身旁發現散落有1包白色粉末物品，經以毒品試劑篩檢呈現第二級毒品安非他命陽性反應，經確認為其持有後依法實施逮捕。後續又在其攜帶之行李包內發現大量毒品，經清點計有第一級毒品海洛因1包4.28公克、第二級毒品安非他命3包49.95公克、第二級毒品咖啡包4包19.45公克、第三級毒品美得眠36顆及安非他命吸食器2組等證物，全案依涉嫌違反毒品危害防制條例帶回調查，並將持續溯源追查毒品來源。

李嫌為員警查獲時疑因吸食毒品，以致有全身無力、精神恍惚情形，且表達身體不適後為警戒護送至醫院檢查並觀察1日後出院，於今(10)日為警完成調查偵訊並移送臺南地方檢察署偵辦。

第二分局表示，使用毒品極易造成中樞神經等受損，並產生幻覺及依賴性，嚴重戕害身體健康。警方也將持續運用各項勤務方式加強「安居緝毒」專案各項掃蕩作為，不斷向上溯源、向下刨根，以打造樂活宜居之無毒生活環境。
