男子夜駕註銷車吃消夜 南警攔檢起獲毒品送辦

台南市警察局第二分局海安派出所所長何家慶在10月17日23時40分許巡邏中，發現一名男子駕車行經民生路及中華西路時闖紅燈，隨即在臨安橋將其攔下實施攔查，所長發現在其駕駛座下方放置一只毒品k盤，內並有毒品殘渣。續經詳細盤檢又在其所攜行皮包內發現藏有第三級毒品愷他命12包、重22公克，後續經毒品及尿液檢驗均呈現陽性反應，員警調查後依毒品危害防制條例來調查送辦，並持續溯源來追查毒品來源。

經查，凃嫌夜間外出吃完宵夜，準備返家途中因車輛右方大燈故障未亮，即為海安派出所何所長注意，先以警政M-Police行動載具查詢發現其所駕駛之牌照註銷，經尾隨中又發現其闖紅燈違規，乃在中華西路臨安橋將其攔下。後續在其車上發現K盤及愷他命毒品12包22公克，當場為員警逮捕帶回調查。全案除將凃嫌依違反毒品危害防制條例來移送法辦外，另其車輛牌照註銷及闖紅燈部分也依道路交通管理條例第12條及53條來舉發，車輛並當場移置保管。
