台南永康警機警識破假名就是用『這一招』 先機阻止毒品流入社區

台南市警察局永康分局永康派出所員警深夜在轄區巡邏遇可疑份子違規停車，經趨前盤查赫然遭眼銳的員警發現車內藏有毒品與吸食器等違禁物，並毒犯廖姓男子還謊報身份企圖蒙騙警方，仍遭警方識破，全案將廖姓等二人全依涉嫌毒品、偽造文書等罪及毒品、侵占通緝案移送臺南地檢署偵辦。

永康分局永康派出所警員林忠毅、林宥廷2人執行巡邏勤務時，於19日0時55分許在永康區永大二路一處電子遊藝場前，發現蕭姓男子(66年次)及廖姓男子（71年次）深夜駕駛租賃車，違規停在慢車道上，經員警趨前盤查身分，打開車門時，赫然發現車內右側副駕駛座腳踏墊上，有塑膠袋盛裝之新興毒品咖啡包數十包，門把放有毒品吸食器等違禁物。經查蕭、廖2人均有多項前科紀錄，進一步搜索發現廖嫌身上還藏有二級毒品安非他命，計起獲新興毒品咖啡包59包（毛重188.25公克）、安非他命2包（毛重2.12公克）及毒品吸食器1組，且車內蕭姓駕駛及廖姓乘客尿液均呈二、三級毒品陽性反應。

而該起查獲毒品案件偵訊過程中，廖嫌起初先謊報哥哥廖O頡的身份資料，然因與哥哥長相極相似企圖蒙混，然該毒犯萬萬沒想到，警方最後還是會透過『科技指紋資料庫』去實施比對相關跡證，才發現其謊報事件，以及有毒品及侵占通緝犯身分，反讓犯嫌又多了一條偽造文書罪行，讓廖嫌詭計當場遭識破，罪上加罪，直呼以後不敢騙警方了；全案將廖嫌依涉嫌毒品、偽造文書等罪及毒品、侵占通緝案移送臺南地檢署偵辦，另蕭姓駕駛者亦以毒品罪予以送辦，並持續擴大追查毒品流向與來源，全力掃毒淨化社會治安。
廖嫌身上計起獲新興毒品咖啡包59包、安非他命2包及毒品吸食器1組
永康分局長甘炎民表示，轄區人口眾多且人潮及車輛往來頻繁，呼籲民眾遇有可疑人事物務必報警，並勿因好奇而嘗試毒品或來路不明飲料，以免花錢傷身又觸犯刑責，更提醒遇到警方要老實配合，勿投機謊報，否則容易多一條罪名，得不償失。
