李伯利強調「政府部門需保持行政中立，不應有過多選舉考量」，政府相關單位「應該秉持客觀專業，積極回應民意代表的質疑」，他相信台南人都樂見城市發展、進步繁榮，尤其安平區，當地居民長年飽受交通壅塞之苦，若逢舉辦大型活動尤甚，安平人苦不堪言。

李伯利強調「政府部門需保持行政中立，不應有過多選舉考量」。

希望政府能夠「苦民所苦」，不應該有執政的包袱，李伯利表示，他堅持以無黨籍從政的原因，沒有政黨包袱，人民就是他的包袱。
