臺南龍崎采竹節今（5）日敲鑼登場

2022龍崎采竹節今（5）日在竹炭故事館前廣場舉辦，龍崎區具有獨特的地形，稀有的竹炭產業特色別緻，竹林景色環繞，使龍崎擁有「采竹之鄉」的美名。

市長黃偉哲表示，龍崎農會自民國96年來，陸續建立四座日式傳統的竹炭土窯，並結合產官學等單位，研究符合臺灣本地竹材的竹炭燒製技術，使用本地竹材燒製出高品質的竹炭，農會也開發出一系列的商品如竹炭片、竹炭粒、竹醋液等竹炭商品，賦予當地原本已經逐漸沒落的竹產業新的生命及契機。

農業局長李建裕表示，龍崎地處臺南邊陲地帶，老齡化人口比例居高，雖然有豐富的林業及觀光資源，但是卻無法妥善利用，近幾年配合政策推動地方創生。而龍崎區農會配合成立臺南市青年農民聯誼會龍崎分會，整合有意回鄉從農的有志青農，整合力量、統一輔導。秉持食當季、吃在地，農會也於采竹節活動當日舉辦青農市集，協助在地青年農民行銷，推廣在地優良農特產品及在地青年竹編作品展覽。

農業局指出，農會舉辦竹炭月回饋有禮行銷活動，結合『竹炭月』好禮回饋大放送，竹炭系列產品除了竹炭月優惠折扣外還有優惠滿額贈禮，即日起至11/30止，歡迎民眾前來竹炭故事館選購。另外活動當日還提供美味的雞肉料理品嘗。另以竹生態、竹藝、竹炭、竹醋等竹產業系列知識推出的闖關遊戲，寓教於樂，紀念禮為農會復古特製的茄芷袋，歡迎親子闔家前來同樂
