大台南小黃公車將再加入全新11條路線生力軍，今（11）日由市長黃偉哲主持「大台南小黃公車新路線宣布記者會」，交通局規劃 11條小黃公車全新路線，版圖將再擴大至六甲、山上、善化、西港等平原散村，預計在新年度陸續上線，並辦理地方說明會，以利市民朋友們熟悉使用，屆時，大台南將有31條小黃公車路線，提供市民朋友更優質彈性的公共運輸服務。

市長黃偉哲表示，近年小黃公車推動有成，漸漸成為鄉村不可或缺的生活支援的交通工具，本次一口氣招標11條小黃公車路線，是歷年來最大規模的一次，不只是過去已服務的山區、海線，可進一步的再擴及更多散村地，同時，小黃公車也和醫療據點的跨域結合，讓偏遠地區長者就醫、孩童就學及居民日常採買都不成問題，另外，小黃公車也可優化環境，減少碳排，一舉多得，未來南市府會持續推動小黃公車路線，擴大版圖，惠及更多有需要的市民。

交通局長王銘德表示，此次新上路11條小黃公車的規劃有五大策略：「低運量公車離峰班次改小黃公車行駛」、「公車路線截彎取直」、「填補公共運輸缺口」、「散村地區增設預約站牌」及「串聯醫療、學校、交通轉運節點、地方生活中心」，不但可改善傳統公車的服務效率，同時透過預約服務，提供居民更彈性的乘車選擇，加上台南特有的「預約站牌」制度，可用最快、最省成本的方式擴大小黃公車服務範圍，可說是讓民眾方便、政府資源有效運用的多贏政策。
交通局表示，11條新路線服務，都以貼近居民在地需求為原則，站點設置力求滿足居民的種種生活需求，如就學、休閒等，此外，各路線也都結合交通轉運節點，構築完整公共運輸網絡，小黃公車更跨域結合不同單位的公共服務，多條線路結合健保署的醫療巡迴服務據點設站，「藍29」也延伸到佳里奇美醫院，全方位滿足各種交通需求，也讓高樂齡族群可自由出行，增進社會參與，行得更好，過得更好！
局長王銘德強調，小黃公車服務比照一般公車，可在站牌處候車，另外也提供預約服務。2人以上共乘，最遲在搭車前1日下午5點前，電話進線或利用「大台南公車APP」內小黃公車專區預約功能，可預約每日早上6點到晚上10點的時段。另預約地點不限在站牌處，只要站牌距離1公里內均可到府接送，是鄉親最便利的搭車方式。
