奇美醫利用神經釋放再生注射治療 解妙齡女「頸源性眩暈」頑疾！

一名26歲的楊小姐，4年前因為練舞意外被舞伴踢飛昏倒，雖然緊急送醫治療，檢查確認沒有腦震盪及腦出血等嚴重症狀，但之後開始出現偶發性眩暈，造成舞蹈教學時非常大困擾，因反覆眩暈、昏倒，去年到奇美醫學中心麻醉部部長暨疼痛科主任陳貞吟門診治療，接續安排楊小姐接受「再生注射治療」，經過三次的療程，明顯改善後頸肌群僵硬與疼痛，頸源性眩暈也完全消失，迄今病況穩定，病人非常滿意治療的結果。

奇美醫學中心麻醉部部長暨疼痛科主任陳貞吟說，1955年由英國醫師提出「頸源性眩暈」概念，這是車禍(突然煞車或是被後面來車追撞)或創傷(練舞蹈或練武等)導致頸部骨關節炎、肌筋膜炎及神經受到拉傷所致。由於後頸部有大量的「本體感覺神經」分布，尤其後頸上半部若頸部神經傳導系統出現異常，易造成非特異性身體平衡失調情況，往往會產生所謂「頸源性眩暈」。不但造成個人生活品質下降，一部分病人更成為門診常客，藥物治療往往效果不佳，此時在超音波導引下施行「大枕神經與後頸部深筋膜間」水解離神經釋放再生注射治療是一個不錯的治療選擇。
陳貞吟表示，意外撞擊可能造成頭頸部血管損傷與腦出血等嚴重狀況發生，也可能傷及頸部骨關節、肌筋膜及神經，而當維生素D缺乏時，會延緩肌筋膜及神經損傷痊癒速度，因此須同步治療。
陳貞吟指出，「水解離神經釋放療法」是介入性疼痛治療的一種技術，醫師依解剖相關位置，輔以影像導引，將注射細針帶到目標神經旁，使用5%葡萄糖水或PRP來調控神經平衡，釋放被夾擊的神經而達到治療目標。介入性疼痛治療有著低風險、低侵入性、副作用少、治療時間短的優點，不需全身麻醉也沒有傷口，適合各種年齡病人施行。
