台南正副議長賄選案再押一人 「關鍵人物」林士傑羈押禁見

台南正副議長賄選案越演越烈，前民進黨中執委郭再欽、市議員李文俊的「密友」黃怡萍都遭羈押禁見。而「爬山三天」的新科議員林依婷爸爸南市區漁會理事長林士傑，在（7）日也被裁定羈押禁見。聲押中的還有市議員李文俊、黃麗招，台南地院預計今上午開庭訊問。
台南地檢3日展開大規模搜索，偵訊6名市議員以及涉案4名關係人，其中議長邱莉莉（民進黨）50萬交保、副議長林志展（民進黨）20萬交保、議員張世賢（國民黨)10萬交保、議員李文俊（國民黨）25萬交保、議員李鎮國（國民黨）15萬交保、議員黃麗招（無黨籍）10萬交保。黃怡萍（議員李文俊密友）20萬交保，李鎮國妻子高梅仙10萬元交保。

新科議員林依婷爸爸南市區漁會理事長林士傑去「爬山」失聯三天，（6）日上午遭拘提到案，當天下午南檢也再度傳喚市議員李文俊、黃麗招，昨日遭到聲押。台南地院表示，林姓被告1月3日經檢察官傳喚未到，於1月6日經拘提到案，所述理由亦與被告之女所述登山失聯不符，有事實足認有逃亡之虞。又被告供述與證人證述顯有歧異，足認被告有串證之可能，有羈押並禁止接見、通信之必要。因而裁定林姓被告應予羈押，併禁止接見通信。聲押李文俊、黃麗招的部分，南地院最快於今天上午9時開庭。
