黑金府城變「腐城」 郭再欽、林士傑、楊志強相繼遭收押

登山裝備不足且沒帶任何食物的林士傑在山上待了三天，仍遭檢調人員拘提到案，（7）日被裁定羈押禁見（翻攝畫面）。
台南檢調本月3日啟動調查台南議長賄選案 ，鎖定6名市議員及5名關係人，案件至今仍懸而未決。議長邱莉莉、副議長林至展以及李鎮國、張世賢、李文俊等議員以10萬至50萬元交保。捲入學甲88槍疑雲的前民進黨中執委郭再欽、李文俊密友兼地政局約用人員黃怡萍、市議員黃麗招相繼被收押禁見。裝備不足卻在山上待了三天的南市區漁會理事長林士傑，與他的女兒、新科議員林依婷所述「登山失聯」之事實不符，足認有逃亡之虞 ，7日也被裁定羈押禁見。一連串八點檔般的戲碼接連上演，讓民主聖地府城蒙上「 腐城」 的陰影。

日前，台南地檢署在另一關鍵人物、圓山國際開發集團的總裁楊志強家中搜到一袋裝有8百萬元現金的保冷袋。楊志強宣稱該筆鉅額是買地斡旋金，與賄選案無關 ，法院以罪證不足將他請回。檢察官認為楊志強是賄選案中的關鍵人物， 補強證據後於5日提出抗告。地檢署昨（9）日抗告成功，楊志強確定收押禁見。楊志強背後牽涉的光電及土地利益，讓本來水很深的案件更加深不可測。
台南地院於昨（9）日上午開庭，下午做出裁定，認為聲押李文俊為無理由，應予駁回，並將被告釋放。台南地檢將提出抗告。截止目前，整起案件11名相關人士，已有5人被收押禁見。

賄選案爆發後，前台南市長、副總統賴清德表示，他對黑金「深惡痛絕」，請檢調「嚴加查辦」，還有「黨紀要嚴明」，違反黨紀都應該要處理。未來如何貫徹黨紀，是很重要的事。
關注公益揭弊的台灣公益揭弊暨吹哨者保護協會在臉書上表示，台南接連爆發88槍擊弊案、學甲爐渣案、經發局長陳凱凌涉貪案、正副議長賄選案，可見台南弊案沉痾許久，地方政治淪為黑金禁臠。希望司法扛起責任，不能屈服於政治權勢，盡快揪出這些傷害民主的人。
