台南市議員李啟維 會勘二仁溪斜坡道「這件事」恐造成危險

台南市議員李啟維會勘二仁溪旁邊靠近抽水站附近堤頂的油漆斜坡步道。
新春開工，台南市議員李啟維立馬進行會勘，號稱花費52億鉅資整治完成的二仁溪，其中旁邊靠近抽水站附近堤頂斜坡步道有上油漆，也因油漆表面光滑，與海砂的覆蓋，容易造成前往休閒運動民眾因為打滑容易跌倒，台南市議員李啟維也邀集相關單位現場會勘，除了要求改善外，也表示希望日後不應有畫蛇添足工程。

李啟維議員表示過年之前他到灣裡參加活動，有鄉親反應抽水站的堤頂步道和斜坡道因為油漆的漆面光滑恐造成打滑的危險，鄉親也親自帶他去看斜坡道，因為油漆關係，又有海砂覆蓋，走在上面沒有抓著力容易打滑，尤其是斜坡道因為坡度的關係更容易導致跌倒，特別是下雨天的時候更危險。
台南市議員李啟維也邀集相關單位現場會勘，並要求改善。
台南市議員李啟維在會勘中也表示，水利署第六河川局屬中央單位地方監督不到，過去一些河川整治太過水泥硬體人工化，反而造成環境破壞生態浩劫，不利排水休閒水上活動觀光發展，海岸線也是一樣，類似二仁溪堤頂步道不當油漆事件只是冰山一角，看在市民眼裏觀感實在不好，值得執政當局省思。
