男子趁天公生至金紙店偷錢 南警二分局迅速鎖定查獲送辦

黃姓男子前往金紙店買金，紙趁老闆休息時起貪念，竊走17000元現金。
台南一名45歲黃姓男子於1月29日「天公生」深夜23時許，前往鄰近康樂街某金紙行欲購買金紙，入店時發現65歲林姓負責人於店內坐椅上昏睡休息，黃男見桌上竟有一疊現金，竟起貪念，四處觀望店內未有其他人等，就悄悄將該疊1萬7,000元現金拿取後放入口袋，再快速離開。被害人清醒後找不到錢變向第二分局海安派出所報案。
南警第二分局海安派出所員警到場勘察，經員警細心調閱監視器後發現竊行，並案將犯嫌特徵逐一來就鄰里居民訪查，立即查知涉案者之身分，於1日下午前往將其帶回派出所調查並依竊盜罪送辦。黃嫌表示原僅是單純欲前往金紙店購買天公生之供奉金紙，不料於店外呼叫無人回應，一進入店內又發現老闆昏睡中，且桌上有一疊現金，左顧右盼見四下無人後下手行竊，不料種種犯行均為監視器攝錄。被害人報案後，經員警逐一調閱反覆觀看後，過濾釐清出90秒之行竊過程，並將犯嫌身形特徵來透由社區友善通報網諮詢，馬上也查知竊嫌為住在附近街坊之黃嫌身分。於1日下午18時前往其住處帶回調查，並提出行竊等具體影像事證，其才乖乖將偷來並花用僅賸6,000元贓款提出交付，員警調查後依竊盜罪嫌送辦，並通知被害商家前來領回遭竊現金。

第二分局也提醒民眾對自身財物應有「財不露白」之防竊警覺心，以免讓宵小有心可趁；另各類營業場所或住處均可添加裝設感應燈光、警報聲響及監視器等設備均來增加防竊效果，如有問題亦可協請員警到場作防竊諮詢及建議。
