台南市前經發局長陳凱凌涉貪遭羈押 地院今下午開延押庭

台南市前經發局長陳凱凌涉貪，台南地院訂今天下午2點50開延押庭（資料畫面）。
台南市前經發局長陳凱凌，遭控在七股工業區開發工程案中，涉嫌收賄賂及喝花酒，南檢認定陳涉貪汙罪嫌，去年12月23日遭法官裁定羈押，全案尚未偵破，承辦檢察官依陳所涉重罪、有勾串、滅證及逃亡之虞，今年2月15日向法院聲請延長羈押，台南地院訂今天下午2點50開延押庭。
檢調發現，黃姓廠商欲承攬七股工業區開發案中相關工程，循線找上陳凱凌幫忙，陳答應給予協助，期間廠商私下給錢，甚至安排他在酒店喝花酒及性招待。然而，事後因廠商規模不符需求，沒辦法承攬工程而告吹；廠商相信陳能幫得上忙，結果並非如此，東窗事發。檢調日前赴陳凱凌住處及辦公室等六處搜索，搜出牛皮紙袋內有現金十萬及名片一張，據查該名片黃姓廠商，嚇當場腿軟，嚇得臉色蒼白。
據調查，檢調掌握陳帳戶內異常金流約二、三百萬元，陳偵訊時雖坦承有收受現金，也承認有接受廠商招待喝花酒及性招待，但確切收取廠商的匯款，仍須進一步釐清；另陳也坦承名下建物的不動產交易有登載不實。另外，陳凱凌被檢舉有接受建設公司提供購屋款，還有經發局辦理台南市綠能產業園區申請設置委託技術服務案，有圖利廠商弊端，陳面對這部分指控則是否認，法官也認為僅有證人單一證述，證據薄弱。
