黑金腐城議長賄選案昨（2）日偵結，台南地檢署依涉嫌違反公職人員選舉罷免法，將議長邱莉莉、副議長林志展以及前民進黨中執委郭再欽等10人提起公訴。法官晚間近10點裁定郭再欽等6名被告，以50萬至300萬元等金額交保。
法官裁定郭再欽300萬元交保、李文俊及黃麗招100萬元交保、楊志強以及林士傑200萬元交保、黃怡萍50萬元交保，6名被告均限制住居。
台南地院指出，被告所涉犯行，均經檢察官於偵查時訊問相關證人及被告完畢，且已調查諸多書、物證在卷，應無勾串被告及證人之虞。考量各該被告於國內均有固定之住居所，且均有正當工作及相當名望，應無逃亡之虞，認無羈押之必要，准予交保，並限制住居。
