足協財務缺口達9000再爆欠款 王婉諭：體育署應積極提供協助

王麟祥表示，上任以來旋即與體育署進行多次會面晤談，期許在任內四年，能改善目前協會透支近億元的財務狀況（圖＿中華足協）。
中華足協理事長王麟祥昨發出聲明，表示協會成立至今，在各層級足球運動的推廣上獲得漸進式的成長。但發展過程所需的龐大經費，並非單靠體育署、國際足總(FIFA)、亞洲足球聯盟(AFC)的補助款及民間企業贊助即能支應。王麟祥表示，期許在任內四年，能改善目前協會透支近億元的財務狀況。足協將在體育署的指導下重建財務工程。希望能改善目前協會透支近億元的財務狀況，使足協財務工程正常化、標準化以及常態化。
王麟祥指出，足協將從盤整支出項目、與其他體育團體共同辦理賽事以及積極爭取國內外多元資源三個方向著手，期許在未來四年內，能夠達到顯著的效果。
時代力量立委王婉諭昨發文表示：「台灣足協在世足賽期間被爆出積欠大量裁判費後，12 月中後又發生一樣的事情。到現在三月了，都遲遲沒有發錢。裁判、選手們領不到錢，再次來向我陳情，就發現原來足協欠的錢不只裁判費，包括旅行社住宿費、機票費、活動場地費、運動防護員薪資、賽事承辦費、裝備費⋯⋯幾乎什麼款項都欠。這些欠款很多都不是小錢，單一廠商欠款就有高達數百萬，加總起來至少數千萬。」
王婉諭接著指出：「體育署曾說，足協如有必要性，可以申請預支本署或國家運動訓練中心計畫經費補助。但遭到欠款的受害人去找足協詢問，足協卻甩鍋給體育署，雙手一攤說沒辦法。」
最後，王婉諭提出兩點訴求：「首先，體育署應深入了解足協財務並積極協助，並於一個月內完成欠款撥付。再來，體育署對於協會負有監督管理的責任，應依據《國體法》第 35 條主動介入，成立專案小組進行財務查核。定期對外報告並控制負債狀況。」
對此，教育部次長林騰蛟回應，目前足協財務缺口9000多萬，現金流大概2000多萬元，是不是能在一個月內完成所有欠款撥付，會向足協了解，積極協助並依法督導。
