礮臺變講臺 小學生戶外練膽量

南大附小與七股區篤加國小日前聯手進行烏魚及石斑魚兩次主題戶外教育，時隔三週後，兩校選擇高雄旗後礮臺當作成果發表講臺，在場同學、出席家長和路過遊客一直盯著看，讓學童們直呼「有夠緊張」。
台南大學教育學系教授歐陽誾表示，在南大USR「富藏漁鄉」計畫下，欣見兩校學童勇於踏出教室，在戶外向眾人發表成果。篤加國小校長方樹啟認為，將國定古蹟旗後礮臺當成報告講臺，可增強學生的自信心與榮譽感。
歷經烏魚戶外教育後，高年級教學團隊採用「大六法」教學，提升學生尋求問題解決的技能，繪製烏魚主題海報。篤加國小學生邱奕璇說，起先繪製烏魚海報毫無頭緒，經過老師逐步帶領同學使用大六法解決問題，二張大海報就呈現出來了，不過站在礮臺廣場對著眾人報告時，極大的壓力令我好緊張。
在石斑魚戶外教育後，中年級學生經「ORID焦點討論法」後，設計石斑吉祥物來宣傳國產石斑魚，教師提供台南魚頭君和日本高知縣鰹魚人當作參考範本。南大附小學生鄭梵筠說，有些組別在石斑吉祥物身上還添加生產履歷標章，透過公開發表宣傳國產石斑的優點，創意十足。
南大附小指導老師陳怡均表示，「富藏漁鄉」課程特地選在高雄進行校際成果發表，旗津除了礮臺，還有燈塔及天后宮，都是與漁鄉有重要關聯的場域，這兒是一座絕佳的戶外教室。
