「周休三日」蔚為風潮 澳洲首家企業透過談判達成周休三日協議

目前，在美國、英國、冰島、澳洲以及紐西蘭等地都開始試行「週休三日」（圖＿Unspalsh）。
近期，澳大利亞服務業工會（Australian Services Union）與澳洲樂施會（Oxfam Australia）進行企業談判（Enterprise Bargaining Agreement，以下簡稱EBA）。雙方達成協議，在工資相同的情況下，每週工作 35 小時的長期正職員工（permanent full-time ）將改為每週工作四天／30 小時；長期兼職員工（Permanent part-time ）工作30小時，薪水按比例計算。協議將於 3 月 31 日至 4 月 4 日投票表決，表決通過後會為期六個月的試驗，並定期審查以評估這項變革是否在公司生產力、員工身心健康以及員工生活之間取得平衡。
澳洲樂施會是澳洲第一家透過EBA開始實施周休三日的企業，預計將會有90位員工參與該計畫，該公司共有97 位正職員工以及37位兼職員工。
「很高興樂施會提出這個協議，工作與生活的平衡對於員工的身心健康非常重要。」澳大利亞工會的Imogen Sturni 表示。
Imogen Sturni 補充說明：「週一到週五、每週工作五天的做法已經過時了，不再適合許多當代的員工，尤其是負有照顧責任的員工。」
本月初，澳大利亞參議院的工作和護理委員會發布了一份關於周休三日的報告，向政府建議試用「100-80-100」模式，也就是100%的薪水、80%時間、100%的產出。澳洲參議員Barbara Pocock 表示：「我們的勞動法律還停留在上個世紀，我們需要立即跟上時代的變化，幫助有照顧責任的員工在工作與家庭照顧之間取得平衡。」
近年來，周休三日的未來愈來愈受到關注。澳洲當地許多科技公司已經採用周休三日，像科技聘僱公司Lookahead自2020年來遍採取了周休三日。公司創辦人吉爾斯（Steve Gilles） 表示：「實施周休三日後我們迎來有史以來最好的業績。我們很快意識到，這種工作模式應該永遠保持下去。」
近期，美國、英國、冰島、澳洲以及紐西蘭等地都開始試行「週休三日」。英國在去年2022 年 6 月至 2022 年 12 月，展開全世界規模最大的「週休三日」試辦計畫。研究結果顯示企業營收有小幅成長。員工離職率、缺勤率大幅下降，且員工身心健康獲得明顯改善。」
