台南市政府警察局新營分局昨（19）下午5時許接獲民眾報案，稱在鹽水區仁愛路上有一輛自小客車不明原因自撞路邊電線桿後衝入路邊稻田，導致電線桿斷掉橫躺路中，隨即後方一輛機車騎士因天雨視線不良，未注意前方有電線在路中，導致這名騎士經過時被電線鉤住騰空翻轉好幾圈重摔落地受傷，所有驚險畫面都被對向車輛行車記錄器拍攝下來，員警獲報後立即趕往事故現場處理，到場發現騎士身上多處擦挫傷，牙齒斷裂，意識清楚，所幸無生命危險，救護人員到場後立即將受傷騎士送往醫院醫治。
