徐巧芯怒指論文抄襲 賴惠員秀證明反擊

國民黨台北市議員徐巧芯、游淑慧以及張斯綱召開記者會控民進黨立委賴惠員中正大學政治研究所碩士論文涉抄襲 。徐巧芯怒噴，民進黨中執會今年2月才通過學倫問題處理機制 ，要求參選人都必須簽署學術倫理聲明書。但是賴惠員的碩士論文移除訪談內容後，有36.8％可找到重複資料，賴清德設立的「學倫條款」是否為打假球？
昨(23)日徐巧芯在臉書上指控，賴惠員2009年完成的論文「中央與地方層級選舉投票取向之研究–以新營市2005年縣長三合一選舉與2008年總統選舉結果為例」跑了比對系統以後發現，移除訪談逐字稿內容，重複比例高達36.8％，並與另一名中正大學高參發研究生的2006年1月完成的「中央與地方層級選舉選民投票取向之研究—以雲林縣2004年總統大選與2001年縣長選舉結果為例」論文相似度達到22％。另外10%則是抄了維基百科。
徐巧芯表示，記者會結束後又收到檢舉，指控賴惠員還抄襲了另外一份論文「民進黨與地方派系勢力變遷之研究—以嘉義縣為例」（2002，陳璿仁），比對下來重複率高達46%。
消息傳出後，賴惠員在臉書上秀出論文相似度比對圖，反擊徐巧芯。賴惠員表示，專業的學術倫理不應被政治口水取代，徐巧芯議員是噴政治口水的專家，但她絕非學術倫理的專家。論文已於今年度三月進行相似度比對，相似度並末逾越中正大學獲得碩士學位的標準。
賴惠員強調，徐巧芯指控的「重複度36%」一事，純粹是為求特定目的，蓄意先射箭後畫靶，完全是以偏概全的抹黑。
