清明祭祖「以功代金」、「紙錢集中燒」 南市民政局政策廣獲好評

112年4月1日至4月5日南區崇孝塔春分暨清明祭祀法會
臺南市政府民政局於清明掃墓期間，推行「以功代金」及「紙錢集中燒」政策，循序規劃各區公所及殯葬管理所辦理實務推動，經多年來推廣努力已廣獲民眾接納，並於今年達到極大成效，獲得市長黃偉哲特別讚許。

黃偉哲表示，為改善祭拜環境之空氣品質，於104年起讓各公立納骨塔於清明掃墓期間封金爐，響應節能減碳，將紙錢集中焚燒，過程不但環保，更避免民眾用火不慎引起火災意外。而「以功代金」環保政策，則有賴市民朋友共同響應，將購買紙錢的預算捐給社福團體，除可達到實質益助弱勢之慈善目的，同時避免焚燒紙錢所造成的空氣污染。期許民政局持續加強宣導，讓成效不斷精進，同為減少地球暖化盡一份心力。

民政局長姜淋煌則指出，為響應「以功代金」及「紙錢集中燒」之政策，殯葬管理所及各區公所全力投入清明掃墓便民服務工作，今年更首次在七個示範公墓(善化、新市、仁德、新化、麻豆、安南及南化)推廣「紙錢集中燒」政策，於祭祀公墓主要路口設置紙錢集中區，並在各區納骨塔結合民間社福團體設攤，號召民眾省下買金紙的費用，用以幫助弱勢積納功德，同步做好環保減碳的工作，可謂一舉數得。

今年於法會3月18日至4月5日期間，「以功代金」捐贈金額由去年之32萬9,451元增加至今年的182萬元；清明節五天連假期間，「紙錢集中燒」政策績效也由去年137.15公噸增加至今年199.2公噸，顯見成效產生顯著之進步，期待在政策執行之餘，有效減少溫室氣體排放量，因應氣候變遷及其影響，留給後人清新且綠意盎然的環境。
