台南外送員勇攔詐騙集團 破解新型取款詐騙手法

台南市警察局第五分局北門派出所近日獲報一起疑似涉及詐騙的事件。一名劉姓外送員表示，他在接單APP中收到一筆要求至寄物櫃提取金融卡的訂單。由於此事高度不尋常，劉姓外送員隨即懷疑可能涉及不法行為，因此向警方報警。警方隨後與劉姓外送員一同前往指定地點，確認並取出金融卡。於(3)日，警方聯絡到賴姓金融卡持有者，要求其協助調查及釐清事件經過。經過初步調查，此案已被視為涉嫌違反洗錢防制法，並已進一步送交司法機關偵辦。

9月15日，劉姓外送員於APP接單時發現要求取金融卡的可疑訂單，立即報警。警方隨即前往指定寄物櫃，確認其中藏有1張金融卡。(3)日員警循線通知賴姓金融卡持有人到案說明，經調查，32歲賴男因受詐騙集團引誘，在FB上以2萬元交易金融卡，並將之放於寄物櫃供詐騙集團取用。機警的外送員及時報警，成功阻止更多受害。目前，此案已依洗錢防制法進行偵辦。

第五分局長陳宇桓表示，詐騙集團經常更新手法，透過外送平台使外送員成為取簿中間人，降低被捕風險。他呼籲代送業者保持警覺，避免成為詐騙工具。此外，政府已修正法律，禁止無正當理由轉讓帳戶。違者最重可面臨3年有期徒刑和被害人的高額賠償。
